1.Are you a factory or trading company?
Guangzhou xinmei is an Industrial and Trading Company, and we have a factory to do final packing and inspection
to ensure the quality.

2.How do I know if my artwork is printable
Our design engineer will review your custom box design for any technical concerns(art work resolution,blurriness,splits,thin lines and bleeds) and if found,will note them for your attention in the proof.If you're unsure of how to fix any printing concerns that are noted, our engineer are happy to help you through the process. It's important to keep in mind that our team does not check for spelling or grammar errors, nor do they provide any subjective feedback on design content.
3.How much for a custom sample? How long I can get the sample?
Sample cost $50-$200 is expected for the normal custom sample. You will get the sample in 1 week.
And it's refundable after formal purchase order placed.

4: How quickly can they be produced?
Normally, 12-30 days from the date when the order is placed.
5: What file format do you need?
AI/ PDF/ PSD/ CDR/ EPS/ JPG/ TIF are ok. To ensure the best quality, files in a resolution of minimum
300 dpi is recommended.
6: Can you send me digital proof before my order is printed?
Yes. A digital proof will be available within 1 working day after order placed, with expected logo printed on it.
7.What choices affect my pricing?

8.What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
Kindly please send your box size,quantity, material and printing color. FOB price is our usual price term,If you need CIF or CFR, please let us know your port of destination. Original samples from you would be best for clarifying, box pictures or designs is workable as well!

9.If the products have some quality issues,how will you deal with it?
Each box will be inspected 100% by QC before packing into cartons. If the quality issues caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

10.Could you provide samples for test?
Yes, we provide free samples for customers, it need you bear the freight charges.
